Our turnaround time is 7-10 business days, which does not include weekends or holidays. Day 1 of your TAT is the first day AFTER you've placed your order. Please do not email us about when your order will ship if it is still within the stated TAT. It will ship within the stated TAT, unless otherwise noted or we've notified you of a delay.
