The BMC does not have a storefront or physical location. Our business is operated out of our home office. All shopping is done online at thebusymamaco.com or at local vendor events.
- When should I expect my order? All orders are shipped out within 7-10 business days. This does not include weekends or holidays. Please note: business days are Monday through Friday, 9am EST to 5pm EST.
- How does the sizing run? All of our apparel is unisex fit, and we use a variety of select brands for our apparel.
- Why doesn't my discount code work? Discount codes do not work on any discount or clearance items. Any discount or clearance purchase is final sale.
- I forgot to use my discount code, what can I do? Unfortunately, discount codes cannot be applied after your order has been submitted. You will not be reimbursed if you forget to use a discount code. If you have issues redeeming a code please do not place your order and email: info@thebusymamaco.com
- Do you ship outside of the United States? No. The BMC only ships within the US.
- What is your exchange/refund policy? Orders CANNOT be changed, modified, or canceled after checkout. If you need to cancel your order you will be subject to a restocking fee (this covers all credit card processing fees. To learn more about our Return/Refund/Exchange Policies, please click here.
